How to request deletion

To request deletion of a ManifestQ account or associated personal data, email [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address used for your ManifestQ account, your organization name, and a short description of what you want deleted.

Organization-managed accounts

Many ManifestQ accounts are provided through an employer, municipality, utility, engineering firm, or other organization. If your account is organization-managed, we may need to verify the request with that organization or direct the request to the organization's administrator before deleting organization-controlled project, inspection, monitoring, or device records.

What is deleted

After verifying and approving a deletion request, we delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account where reasonably possible, including profile information and app account records. Depending on the account and organization settings, associated workflow records may include inspection content, uploaded media, notes, device data, alerts, and support records.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited records when necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, regulatory, tax, accounting, contractual, or legitimate business reasons. We may also retain organization-controlled operational records when deletion requires authorization from the organization that controls the data.
